His mar1juana policy is one of my major complaints against him in that I don't like feds interfering with state policy with heavy handed police tactics (as they've done with medical mar1juana in Washington and other states). Still, Romney would be far worse on this issue. I also think Obama favors mar1juana legalization but no politician yet has the balls to back it despite a majority of American support. We'll see where this stands in 8 years after a few more states have legalized it. It's going to be interesting watching the federal response after it passes in Washington and Colorado.
