    This was exactly what I was thinking when I watched the movie, except instead of Shane, it was with the whole Brooks vs Lowry. Especially with media/fans giving all the credit to Howe/Adelman when the team started to do well.

    LOL and McHale will do the same with this roster?

    Adelman is extremely underrated, without him, Morey would be a deer caught in the headlights.

    I think Adam Clanton, a weekend sports anchor/reporter/producer at KPRC Local 2, would be a prefect choice. Adam is bit of young for real Morey, but he can do a makeup to be older in the movie.

    Huh? Last year 9 teams had lower payroll than us, we didn't even make the playoffs while 4 of the teams below us did. Year before that we had the league's 9th highest payroll....and we didn't make the playoffs. Year before that we had the 8th highest payroll, and the year before that we were still in the top half in payroll. I feel terrible that with high payroll, not "low salaries" and players most teams would pass on but we consider "undervalued" who can get us all the way to a 9th seed in the west is something someone can say is reinforcing their belief in what Morey is doing.

    Outside of the Rockets signing a big time free agent (not happening) the best thing we can hope for if there is a season is a matchup against a weak playoff team in the first round and hope to win a game or two in the second. That is our ceiling and I hate that people now think that's something to root for.
