Who has the most to offer? Dallas, Cleveland or Houston

Dallas has the most to offer because Damp and Howard are on every teams wish list!

Now that Amare is on the block, Cleveland may turn their attention away from Iguodala. They will not resign Z and Shaq for another 5 seasons. Iggy is not as important to them.
