Who calls the concussion, and what are the repercussions for failure to do so?

    The Rockets have a simple concussion protocol in place: The have the player look at Dan Tony and they ask, "Who is that man?"

    If the answer is Mike D'Antoni, the Pringles guy, or the Monopoly dude, he's not concussed.

    If the story is true, nothing to gain except give others amo to say he is trying to save face.
