Wow, after millions have died, they just admitted it now.

i've lived a pretty crazy life. partying, dabbled into things like recreational substances, 3somes-4somes with the ladies.

it was time for me to change things up. working out more again, diet changes, getting accpeted back to UT austin to finish school. had to make some changes.

it's interesting though that when you eat less and less meat. it starts to become no big deal and don't miss it much like perhaps you might think you would. in some ways it slightly disgusts me when i see it.

I normally am the first to poo poo these sky is falling, everything is bad you reports, but in this case, I actually have to agree. Last year, I made a conscious decision to stop eating processed meats and sugars. Within 3 months, I had dropped over 20 pounds. No exercise at all, and even ate ALOT more. The weight just melted away.

Also, 2 years ago, I had severe indigestion issues (constant "have to go" feeling, but nothing came out). Went to an acupuncturist who ordered me to avoid all barbecued foods. After a few weeks of avoiding barbecued foods, the indigestion went away. I don't know about links to cancer, but for me anyway, there definitely was a link to intestinal issues and barbecued foods.

It will probably give you a heart attack before the cancer.

They're presenting a set of results they have found after research.

You don't have to take it as a personal attack on you or America but if that's what you're always looking for I guess that's what you'll find.

In fact a quote from the article says

Time to hit up Cheddar's for one last time later on today. Going full chicken breast and fish from here on out. Getting back to how I use to be. Been a bad diet year for me. I've been hogging the red meat and even with exercising, my body doesn't feel as great as it should. It's as if I work out so I can eat crappy.

After all the years of eating cold cuts...that is now taboo. Unbelievable.

    Nitrite...nitrate...this and that. Hormones...bad. Artificial colorings...bad.

    **** ***!!!!

If it was not specifically mentioned, I think it is probably totally fine.

Slim Jims don't actually have meat in them anyway.

HEB carries Central Market label uncured deli meats. The smoked turkey and pastrami are tasty.

I always masturbate while eating red meats.

    Negates my prostate cancer risk.
