I'd like to see all three centers on the court at the same time once, just for fun.

    Sure...Dampier and Miller would've been nice.......in 2004.

Morey's latest signings...I dont really like. Why are we not developing Hill or Patterson but signing washed up bigs?

Yao stay under the rim, Dampier grabs rebound and passes to Miller, who passes to Yao, who dunks it.

    works out perfectly

Pretty much. He knows the system type of overpaying needs to stop. Artest didnt know the triangle and they won. Its not like we're talking about the west coast offense in football.

clearly, defense is more important than miller right now..cause his slow presence doesnt even jam the lane...we need some1 to make drivers think twice before going inside..i think its gonna be beneficial.

Because we are in win now mode!

Hill and Patterson will take too long to develop and by the time they do, Yao will have already broken his leg or retired.

I think it would be the complete opposite, honestly.

They seem to be toning down Miller's minutes on second nights of back-to-back. So if they play Yao and Miller on the first night, that will allow them to start Dampier and give him plenty of minutes on the second night... with Miller playing spot minutes.

Also, starting Dampier on the second nights of back-to-backs would help maintain a solid level of consistency. If you start Miller, then your starting 5 has to learn how to play with a new Center, and the bench has to learn how to play with a new Center. Keep Miller on the bench.

Shaq might not have wanted to come here. I think he wants another ring. And Miller and Damp were probably the two best veteran big men available, and having both makes sense, as insurance in case Yao has another season ending injury.

Sionce we need defense and rebound ing? Dampier. Dampier may not fit Adelmans offense but they cant stop a layup and Dampier can. They cant get rebounds and Dampier can. Miller is useful for offense but we dont need more than the 110 points and 120 something points we are already scoring. We need some stops. Center position is the single most important position from deterring easy layups.

Ithey were to get small, but sufficient minutes throughout the season, they would develop fine. I don't get it. They've been playing well all this off-season. Hill held his own against Duncan. Maybe it has something to do with not running plays correctly.
