I would still take Taker over any of those guys? i mean Vader was pretty incredible but those other guys are no comp to Taker... Taker diving over the ropes and doing old school was revolutionary for a 7 footer. He combined Size and agility unlike any Wrestler in history.

I don't know how you can say he wasn't a draw like Austin or Rock, during the attitude era he was carrying the program just as much as they were... If Austin was the Hogan of that era then Taker was the Andre of that era, he was the ultimate WWE attraction. In fact i stopped watching around 2002 when he was buried alive by McMahon and Kane and didn't watch again until he came back so he was certainly the reason i was watching. It was so bad that my mom literally wrote a letter to WWE saying they should bring him back lol

And as much as I love SCSA there is not any match of his that was great, like the storyline would be great but there was no match of his that blew me away inside the ring... Taker could deliver on both fronts, Taker Vs. HBK is arguably the best match ever and they were both 40+

Hell I bet if you asked Austin and Hogan they would tell you Taker was better than them.

I love Goldust as much as anyone but he just hasn't had a strong run to be considered in a top 10... wrestling ability he might be close but you have to take into account there success and their gimmick and stuff.

Him never winning the title is a shame imo and I'm afraid its way to late now

To me, Bret Hart is like The English Patient. He's good, I understand why people like him, but I just have no interest in watching him for more than two minutes.

    10.)

Raven: One of the best technical wrestlers in the game. Really had a chance to break out in WCW but they never gave him a real shot. Very underated.

    9.)

Lex Luger: Great face from the WCW days and eventual heal. Unbelievable physique. Easy guy to root for.

    8.)

The Rock: Great speech giver, great performed all the way around.

    6 and 7.)

Scott Hall and Kevin Nash: The "bad guy" and "Big Sexy" were unbelievable heels and just screamed "bad guys" for as long as I can remember.

    5.)

Steve Austin: Iconic in the late nineties and ushered in the attitude era of the of WWF back in the day. the anti-hero, all the way around.

    4.)

Bret Hart: Consistently excellent over the years as both a face and a heal.

    3.)

Sting: Might be my personal favorite wrestler. My fondest memory of him was when the NWO was taking over the WCW and Sting had just vanished. His return as "Crow Sting" was pretty epic.

    2 and 1.)

Macho Man Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan: Absolutely iconic and ageless. Macho man speeches were utterly epic all the way around. Hogan is what he is: the single biggest icon in wrestling.

Yeah I say that mainly because he has some of my favorite matches ever regardless of not wrestling that much. but that's what allowed him to go all out every match,

Angle v. Shane @ KOTR 2001 might be my favorite match ever

Come on now. Austin vs. Bret Hart (I Quit Match) is one of the greatest ever.
