With exception of Spears and Simpson, all those people have fantastic singing voices. Also, Jewel plays guitar, as does Shakira.

Honestly, I don't listen to the radio enough to really have a top 3. I'll normally go buy music based on various recommendations and I normally enjoy what I buy.
