Yeah, I can totally see how you would hate a highschooler coming in a dominating in the NBA without being hyped at all and without putting out a gangsta image....

42-2 since the 2000 season is not good?? LMAO @ you buddy! Just go ahead and admit that you hate them because they are THAT good instead of giving that lame line.

    LeGrouper,

I am aware of that but have you followed the career of Colon? That guy did play for the Indians but the Indians never won a World Series and only went in '95 and '97, so unless Not Chaney is a fan of the Orioles or Mariners (the teams that Cleveland beat to reach the World Series), I don't see how he can dislike Bartolo for what he did in the playoffs. Maybe he is an Expos fan that is bitter about Bart being traded to the White Sox, but if that is the case he should hate Jeffrey Loria (now the owner of the Marlins) for doing what he did to the Expos.

Once again, I will ask Not Chaney the question: what did Colon do to make you hate him?

There is no question there is no reason to put Colon or Rameriez on a most hated sports figure list. Just like John Stockton.

But people here hate stockton none the less. And the Indians didn't have to beat the team out of the world series, just in the first round has pissed off plenty of Rockets fans. Not too many Astros fans get mad about that because he never expect to make it out of the first round.

Manny Ramirez - get your panties out of a wad!

    My hate list for dummies

    1. * Roberto "the spitter" Alomar .... did you ever see him spit in the umps face?
    2. * Bartolo Colon - when Cleveland shipped him to Montreal there was a press conference and Colon needed a translator for it. How many years has this guy been in MLB and the US? Learn some english, Bartolo. I think he's overrated too.
    3. Manny Ramirez - one of the biggest loafs I've ever seen in the big leagues. When he was an Indian they had to sit him down on more than one occasion for loafing. It has always been real tough for him to hustle.
I also don't like the way he wears his baseball uniform ( extra long baggy pants and jersey) his uniform is the same as the NBA guys wearing shorts past their knees and football players having rags hang out of their helmets. It doesn't look good. One more thing, I don't like manny's mullet braids hair do. I fully expect him to show up in the steroids investigation any time now.

    * - denotes players that have played for the Cleveland Indians and Chicago White Sux, my two most hated baseball teams. It has nothing to do with being latin players.

You forgot to add to your list - Coach of the national champions Ohio State Buckeyes, Jim Tressel and Will Allen.

The reason that you HATE Bartolo Colon is that he can't speak English? Damn you have problems.

 Dude, what is your problem? I asked you a question...is that a federal crime or something? Geez, lighten up, Francis.

So, if Yao Ming continues to use a translator, five years from now, are you going to hate him for that? Maybe he along with Colon feels more comfortable talking in their native tongue. It has been known that the media will take quotes out of context. *Gasp*...imagine them doing such a thing!

But hey it's cool, you gave your reasons. I am not surprised with Alomar because of the spitting incident plus he carries himself in a cocky way, and my namesake, well, the way he acted in these past playoffs made me expect to see his name on here. But Colon was one that floored me.

Oh and on your crack about Ohio State - why would I hate them? You have to be good for several seasons to earn hate in my book. If anything I hate the official who blew that call in that game.

OK Not Chaney, I was trying to throw you a bone but you just made yourself look like a complete idiot...

Manny Ramirez, in case you haven't been around for the last decade or so, is one of the greatest all time hitters that MLB has ever seen. He hits for power, he hits for average, he drives in runs, he scores runs. Where in this barage you have time to pen his loadiness I have no idea. It reminds me of a book title that doesn't exist - "How I Loafed Around And Made It Into The Hall Of Fame - The Manny Ramirez Story"

Besides the fact that Colon has had to fight for his place in every rotation he has been in, and besides the fact that he always overachieves compared to his salary, I would like to know how he is overrated. And about the English, I lived in Saudi Arabia for eight years and the only Arabic I know are cuss words and numbers.

Yes Roberto Alamar is an idiot.

You are trying to sound like a sports enthusiast. Instead you are sounding like a moron whose ex girlfriend is banging a Domincan ball player. Don't start flaming posts, in other words, if someone asks you something without insulting you at all, don't come back with the word panties in your reply unless you are a girl and you are replying to me.

I completely forgot about Tolbert. I have never seen a guy who had such a complete waster of a career talk about his career so much as Tom Tolbert. This of course is combined with his completely obvious observations such as "The Rockets would be winning right now if they had made all their free throws" or "For the Rockets to win today they are going to have to play good defense.... and score well..."
