The oft underused Timmy has been strong in almost every facet. Carrying a 1-1-2 record, with a 2.43 era, and the one loss coming in a brilliant 6 inning, 7 strikeout, 1 earned run showdown against The Moose. Why, you'd have to be Grady Little to not recognize his brilliance.
Paul Byrd, A.J. Burnett, Pedro Astacio, Ramon Ortiz, El Duque, Kenny Rogers, Kirk Rueter, Roy Halladay, Brian Lawrence, Jogg Fogg are some pitchers that have had breakout seasons, or a good season after a few sub par once in the case of a few of the older guys there. A pleasant surprise for me at SS has been David Eckstein of Anaheim.
Michael Barret, the Expos catcher/utility man. Batting .343 with 6 homeruns, 13 rbi's, and 21 runs scored. I've actually been following the Expos this season. You wonder why? Relocation, baby!!! Right now, they're probably the most likely candidate to move to D.C. I pray every night before I go to bed. And to be honest, the Expos don't have that bad of team. They have a great farm system and arguably have the best player in baseball this season in Vlad Guerrero. If we're talking fantasy player, he's definitely the best. If the 'spos moved to DC, I don't think it would take them too long to be a legitimate World Series contender with the increased fan support and increased revenue they would receive.
