Golden State and The Jazz, yes the Jazz I am a bit tired of San Antonio and others.... rooting for the underdog isn't bad
After watching some games objectively (because they weren't playing the Rockets) I have started to like this Jazz team (I still hate Malone/Stockton) but I like Boozer, Kirelinko, Fisher.......
GS basketball is just free style, sometimes it is too free and it becomes silly. I like run and gun basketball and I think Phx Suns represents that style perfectly. They are selfless, they move and share the ball, they shoot the ball accurately and they make smart decisions. They play the game while having fun. It is just beautiful and entertaining basketball. The opposite of JVG style. I like to see them win.
LOL ... there is a thing called move on. The only drawback for my rooting for Jazz to win it all is that it may give JVG and his lovers some excuses (moral victory if you will) that the Rockets' defeat may not be so bad, as we are the only team that took Utah to 7 games. Fire Gundy!
I'm rooting for Detroit... their guys know each other so freaking well, its somehting to behold. Also, without the offensive dead-weight of Ben Wallace, they're actually a MORE fluid team (and just as good defensively... especially since they don't have to worry about a Shaq for the rest of the playoffs).
Pistons I only like two NBA teams. The Rockets and the Pistons. Always fun to see TayTay and his friends rocking the Palace! (when they aren't playing the Rockets )
though golden state is THE cinderella team left in the playoffs, i am rooting for the jazz. now that i am over the houston loss, i guess i am hella-impressed with sloan and the jazz. deron williams is awesome. and i seconded guessed him being picked over cp3? i like boozer even though he made yao his b!tch. and i met paul milsap and i think he is possibly the next great PF... he's a guy that's easy to cheer for.
gonna have to go for the warriors, come on that style of play is freaking awesome to watch. suns too because steve nash plays so well. on the eastern side i really wish hmm yeah idk..

haha yeah right. no seriously. i'm a hardcore rockets fan! but it's interesting living in another city for 10 years. you learn to be a little more objective over time and i acknowledge great play when i see it. the jazz play tough. but they're not my favorite. but i probably go to 3 or 4 jazz games a year. both rockets games obviously and a few more... where do you live? have you ever lived in another city with an NBA team? 1 - i'm a rockets fan 2 - i'm an NBA junkie (and the jazz, etc are part of the nba)
