I fully believed Trump is a narcissist but on the list of problems I have with him that is lower down the list. I don't think anyone would run for President without an overinflated view of themselves. I think we want a President who has a lot of self-confidence rather than one that is racked with self-doubt. The problem with narcissism though is when it clouds your judgement and causes you to view everything as personalized and the inability to accept criticism and self-evaluation. You can have a very healthy ego yet still take in new information and make adjustments to it.

Another huge problem with Trump is that he doesn't know what he doesn't know. This leads him to have no intellectual curiosity and no desire to read lengthy nuanced briefings.
