    i question brewer's ability to knock down an nba three but i do think he can be a good mid-range shooter. i'd be fine if we picked him though i do wonder for a guy who is supposed to be a jack-of-all trades guy, why are his overall college numbers not that eye-popping.

    though most people think jj redick is a gamble at #8, i think he's the safest choice we can make and also the guy with the biggest potential payoff.
