Which two players from Rockets History would you put on our current roster

Drexler was the MAN in Portland. There's no denying he had some talent surrounding him but he actually made his teammates better. The reason why Kevin Duckworth, Terry Porter, Jerome Kersey, Cliff Robinson, Buck Williams etc. were able to make a name for themselves was because of Glyde.

Clyde could have easily averaged more points during his prime years in Portland if he took more shots. Historically speaking Clyde is one of the most efficient guards of all time. There isn't a single thing Mcgrady did better than Clyde except for 3 point shooting maybe.

Drexler was the better playmaker, far superior defender, had equal scoring abilities and best of all HE NEVER settled for jumpers.

Not even close. Drexler would shut Tracy down in a heart beat, with his eyes closed. There's no way Tracy could keep up with Clyde on a full court. Clyde would put his head down and Tracy would probably just move out the way. Lol. Tracy had no heart, Clyde was all heart.

 

I could not scroll through all the answers so I dont know if this has been said, but I would go with Akeem and Hakeem. Akeem would be the PF and Hakeem the C.
