Hmm, no more "basketball reasons" because Stern is out. I'll say...Bobcats. Wiggins - Zeller could be a great SF-C combo.
Toronto. I'll be rooting for 48 minutes of inefficient Rudy Gay. After finally ridding of Bargnani, that city deserves a superstar.
Seriously, if both Lakers and Celtics will get top 3/4th picks, conspiracy theories will blow up like crazy.
The cynic in me says that the Lakers will, but realisticly I think theres no way Kobe lets that happen... unless he's held out for the season.
I'll go with Philly due to their empty roster and 2 shots to win (worked for Cleveland to get Kyrie).
I really like what they did this offseason. McLemore will be everything Mormons thought Jimmer would be, and Vasquez will be the first PG capable of taking advantage of the deep, talented front court. I'm hoping that Charlotte gets the #1, because watching them pass on Wiggins would be hilarious. My guess for worst record has to be Orlando.... Maybe Phoenix.
Whichever of the Lakers or Celtics, or even the Knicks, that have the worst record at the end of the season, regardless of whether they currently hold a 1st rounder or not for the next draft. It will be Stern's final and ultimate *uck you to the rest of the league and confirmation, as if any was needed after the Cavaliers getting the #1 pick after LeBron left and again this year, that the draft is rigged and has nothing to do with chance or giving the best odds to the teams that most need the #1 pick that year...
