Scola has class. And knows that if he did anything he himself might be ejected too. It's bad enough that he would have been ejected that game, but he also would have a 1 game or more suspension tacked on automatically. Just shows composure is everything.

The greatest Rocket of them all should have this distinction:

    I love this thread.

Damn we were a scrappy bunch during the Twin Towers era.

In my disgust of the Miami Heat this off-season, I forgot how much I hate the Lakers. Thx for reminding me. Let take them down!!

I voted for the Suns fight for 2 reasons:

    (1) Shaq pushing everyone was just hilarious.

    (2) Doug Collins ruined the Lakers fight with his "toughness" BS. Thank God he's a coach now so we don't have to listen to him.

I do miss Rafer's attitude, though:

The Lakers one because we still had a shot to win that game, but not after Artest had been ejected for no reason. Fisher proved to be a grade A scumbag and shouldd been suspended for far more than a single game.

Damn youngsters. The best fights were in the 86 playoffs against lakers and celtics. when dream stole mitch kupchick in the chin and ralph tackled maurice lucas.

Yes, from my all time favorite Rocket game. Ralph and Hakeem weren't afraid to mix it up with anyone. So sweet that we won that game on Ralph's amazing last second shot.

i guess the op doesnt know what a real nba fight looks like. Maybe he should google hakeem vs kupchak or akeem vs polynice, cage. These rockets are too nice to fight.

You know, I actually used to like Fisher and I was glad that the Jazz let him walk from his contract so he could get his daughter the right medical treatment in L.A. But I lost all respect for him as a basketball, and probably a person, after that shot on Scola. What pissed me off even more was the when that Jonas Brother Luke Walton was getting in Scola's face, Fisher steps in to break them like he is playing peacemaker, then turns around and nails that cheap shot a play later. Scola didn't react then, but that doesn't mean he never will. It'd be great if he nailed that *****er with a close line when they come to Houston this year.
