Sacramento Kings forward Doug Christie needs to check himself, and in a hurry. Remember, this is the only player in NBA history capable of playing and maintaining a running dialogue with his wife at the same time.

Some guys signal their wives from the floor during the game, like Jason Kidd at the free throw line. But Jason doesn’t take to the next level like Christie.

I’m not talking about blowing a kiss or two, I’m talking about this sign language/hand gestures that Christie and his wife trade back and forth. He did it even while breaking backboards in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals against the Lakers in 2002.

She has a handbag collection and he is helping her design the purses.

Sex and New Jersey

November 5, 2003 -- Look who left the city and was sitting courtside in Jersey last night? None other than Sex and the City vixen Kim Cattrall.

Though it was Cattrall's first NBA game, she paid close attention to the action, especially to her friend Cuttino Mobley, who, to the dismay of her Jersey admirers, plays for the opposition Rockets.

But the Buzz knows if it was her alter-ego, the slinky and scintillating Samantha at the game, with all those young, beautiful, muscled men surrounding her, the action would have been off the court ... way off the court.

 

Mobley scored 20 that night. And maybe more...

 

There is a pic of Charles' wife in his first book. I'd class her as ordinary in the looks dept.
