Which player would fit with the Mediocre team

    I am happy that Morey managed to get both Harden and Howard but i was thinking if you could add one of those superstars to our mediocre team who would you choose and do you think we'll be a playoff team with that superstar.

    I'd add Harden first and then sign Howard via free agency. With those two players I think we can be a playoff team.

    Harden and Howard are good, but with Harden and Howard we would be unstoppable.

    I think in order to get Harden we would have to give up Kevin Martin and maybe Jeremy Lamb. That might be doable.

    That's a tough question.

    I'm happy I'm not the only one who is having a hard time answering the OP's question.

    Let see, if we add Harden maybe our mediocre team will be a first round exit team.

    What happens if we add Howard instead?

    Maybe we go to the finals?!?

    How about if we add Harden after that?

    Clutch City returns?!?

    I don't know.

    This is a tough one.

    I guess what OP is asking is if we didn't have either, IOW, we were our mediocre self before either came along, which would you choose to get us to the playoffs and actually win in the playoffs.

    I'm trying, really. I think we already answered this question once we got Harden the 12-13 season because we didn't get past the 1st round but we managed to back in to the playoffs.
