Which lottery team has the best chance of making it to the playoffs this season?

    If Milwaukee traded Robinson or Thomas for a center they could realistically make the finals. I pick the Bucks but I also feel like the Rockets are a sure thing.

    The Bucks have the best chance of making the playoffs followed by the Clippers.If the Rockets are finally able to have a healthy roster and if the team gells relatively quickly and improves it's passing and defense then the Rockets can make the playoffs.
