let them haters hate...as for the poll, i have a gut feeling that the texans are going to be successful over the next decade

I'll go with the Texans. They are young and hungry, seem to have a pretty good defensive nucleus, good coaching staff (except the D-coordinator, who is too conservative...), and finally have a pretty good front office. I think they are a good draft away from being a perineal playoff team. No homer.

The Rockets, man, I just don't think the Yao/T-Mac combo is the answer. We've been to the playoffs 2 of the last 3 years and lost both times to an inferior opponent after taking a commanding 2-0 lead in the series. That's just inexcusable. No killer instict. No heart. Too soft for the playoffs. Sorry, just my opinion.

Astros seem too eager to trade away young players for older players. That's not how you build a team for the long term.
