    I wouldn't mind the Spurs winning another one.

    In my eyes, and many other true NBA fans, the Rockets 2nd NBA championship was probably the greatest run to glory in the history of the NBA.. it counts for way more than just a single ring..

    Not me. What matters to me is that Karl Malone dies wanting. In fact, if it were possible (legally), I would make it my personal mission to ensure he dies lying somewhere in a ditch, with only an old Matt Bullard jersey to keep him warm, beggin for change that never comes because he can't stop himself from elbowing people in the throat and groin when they get near him.

    Well, isn't Elie on the Spurs assistant coach roster?
    Also, Malone IS STILL Malone.

    Why would a Rocket fan(past or present) want the Lakers to win?

    Personally, I'd rather have John Stockton as the Rockets head coach than see Karla Malone ever win a ring.

    Keep this in mind...The Rockets can always even the series with the Spurs, but once Malone gets a ring, he'll always have that ring.

    I agree with ZRB, 100%.

    Spurs need to be taken out, first and foremost. Like ZRB, who cares if Malone gets a ring in a cheating way...freaking cheater. We all know he failed. If he didn't get it with Stockton, then he didn't get one. At least this would means that Payton gets a ring, who does deserve it.

    but more importantly, there's no freaking way the Lakers beat the Cassell/Garnett pick n roll, anyhow. However, Duncan can and probably will beat Minnesota.

    So, like ZRB, I'm rooting for the Lakers to take out the Spurs, because I think only the Laker's can take them out, at this point, with a damn 15 game winning streak.

    After that, Minnesota is designed to take out the Lakers. Detroit can too. And so can Indiana, given the home court advantage.

    who cares who holds the most records in texas ... that will swing for years to come.

    If Karla gets his ring, you can't change that.
