Which is the Defining Texas Fast Food

I just ate my usual #6 with an extra WB w/ cheese at WB last night.

Plus there like half a million ways to dress your WB.

WB got my vote. They are the best.

 

Sonic is great, but some of the deserts dont use real ice cream.
Whataburger is better, but they dont offer the deserts that DQ and Sonic do.
Therefore DQ is my current favorite. Their deserts blow away the others.

 

To me, Dairy Queen and Sonic are both small town, but not especially Texas. Whataburger is Texas.

 

Btw, we have Whataburger, Dairy Queen, and Sonic all in Florida too.

There have been quite a few fast food threads, lately.

Nobody has shown any love for Texas Burger yet, though. Not that I can blame anyone. Texas Burger isn't anything to write home about.

 

And yet you felt the need to bring it up right now?

Unfortunately no Whataburger in MN and while there are a bunch of DQ's and a Sonic none of them are close to me. I guess I'll have to make due with Culvers.

Had some whataburger today. Nothing beats it here.

 

Nothing like a Bacon and Cheese Whataburger, especially late night.

 

I stopped at a DQ the other day thinking about this thread and had a cheeseburger. It was dissapointing and doesn't compare to Whataburger.

 

DQ has pretty bad food, its their desert that is worth getting
