Which is better?

    It sure has been a long time since our teams had any fight to them. I can't remember any post-Rudy. It works for me, in part because it seems if you are going to go anywhere in this league you better have that mentality or you will get eliminated by those that do.

    Effort: gives bench guys hope and reason to try, makes the starters tougher and play harder for spot, makes the team focus on defense even when worn down in long season.. And if a starter is playing bad then why not rest him and put some fresh legs in to fill the time.

    McHale's people in and people out style is lowering the value of our players. DNP-CD players have 0 or negative value. Now some players may have earned that status but lately we are seeing players get less or no time on the floor. ex. Bud had a pretty high value as he was young, good size and cheap contract. Now, even with his cheap contract, he has very little if any value.

    McHale is not making Morey's job any easier.
