I have a G35 now and had a 328 before it. I'd take the BMW.

I drive a 02 IS 300. Not near the G35 in terms of power, but easily the best of the bunch in terms of reliability, which was important to me.

I'm going to go with a bigger vehicle for my next purchase. New Jeep Grand Cherokee or Nissan Pathfinder types. Maybe Toyota Highlander - I hear they may be doing this hybrid soon.

Most bang for your buck = G35

I'm in a dilema on which vehicle to get...

    G35 Sedan
    A4
    350z
    TSX
    RX-8

    UTWeezer,

Some of those vehicles are all over the place. What are you looking for?

If you're looking for performance and luxury : TL or G35 (TL!)
TSX is nothing more than a rebadged European Honda Accord.
The A4 and TSX are in a similar class, but not in the class of a TL or G35. The RX-8 and 350Z if you like performance more than you like a comfortable ride.

I agree with u except an Accord has 160 hp and a TSX has 200. If you have around $32-35, then definitely go with the G35, but you have to remember the TSX is around $4000 less. You can buy a TSX w/o navagation for $26,000 msrp. If you find a good deal, you might be able to find one for $25,000 TT&L. A G35 would probably cost you at least $28,000-$30,000. If you think $4,000 is worth it, then get the G35.

    Weezer,

If you are looking at both the G35 sedan and the 350Z, why not consider the G35 coupe?

I don't see how you could go wrong with either the 350Z or the G35 coupe, but I don't understand why you are also thinking about the G35 sedan unless you want a 4 door car. Which would mean that the Z and the Mazda are out but you are considering them.

I know how you feel, though. I never thought I was going to get a Z; hell, I was convinced that I was going to get a newer Maxima (not necessarily a brand new one but one that was like a 2001). Fortunately, I was persuaded to test drive a Z.

G35. For the price, you get a great looking car, plenty of power and hey, it's a damn Skyline!

Which Accord are you talking about? If you want power, just get the V6 US Accord. The Euro Accord is the TSX. Looks the same with a slightly less powerful engine from what I recall (I thought it had around 180-190 hp in Europe).

I've driven a G35, TL, and a TSX - the TSX handles well, but really has no oomph to it in comparison. It's a high-rev'ing peppy 4 cylinder.
