i went to southpaw guitars today. wow what a selection of guitars! one side of the store was all electric, the other side acoustic. guy was telling me how Martin guitars are a lil harder to play as playability is not their #1 thing, compared to Taylor. i didn't buy anything today. I ma take my cheap alvarez up there and let them look at it first. even if you need right handed guitars, it's a good place to go. owner and the other guy were real nice.
Another good place to go, if you haven't already been, is Fullers Vintage Guitar up on Yale @ 610. And while you're looking at acoustics, check out those made by Guild as well. They make some very, very nice guitars.
Just got this as a birthday gift from my wife & family! (surprised how sweet it sounds acoustically!) thought I'd share
