Chrono would probably top the list for me for sure. strider panzer dragoon earthbound legend of mana the whole beat-em-up game genre
It'd be crazy to play Double Dragon on XBox Live. Form your own gangs, pull off some kidnappings, evade the police, all while you get to personalize your own moves.
If they would make a new Pazer Dragoon Saga that would be great.. RC, does Sega own the rights to the game?
Shadowrun, sweet. I used to play that game on Sega Channel all the time. I wish I had asked my dad to buy it because I would have loved to have gotten deeper into it.
I wouldn't mind seeing a next-gen NBA Jam TE. I logged many hours on the genesis version of that game. I also would like to see the Secret of ____ series return.
The genesis Road Rashes were awesome. I found the PS RR 3D version, way back when, to represent a tremedous disappointment and boring as hell. I don't think the concept aged well w/the technology.
I didn't even think of that when I wrote it. I'm sure there are plenty of S&M games in development, but I'm hoping there's also a Sam & Max game in development. AFAIK, yeah they still have it. Yeah, I just checked out the scores for RR 3D and they're not that great (~67%). Maybe I'm just remembering the few things I liked about it and not any of the things I didn't like. Then again, IGN gave it a 5 while GS gave it 7.6, so maybe opinions varied on that game. Either way, I’d like to see a Road Rash-esque type game next-gen, assuming they could do it right.
Some old PC games from the 386 days would make good next gen console games. Roadwar 3000 would be a great one. They also had Roadwar: Europe There was also an old PC game called Megaraveller that had parts 1 and 2. That would be a good franchise to bring back for next gen consoles.
I think they already made one for PS2, GC. But I have 2 suggestions: 1. Barkely's Shut UP and Jam 2. American Gladiators
I'd love to see them do a new Dragon's Lair Punch Out I'd also love to see a next-gen scroll screen game. Take todays technology and focus on a 2D environment.
