I voted Lugo but if this poll was turned around and asked "Who do you WANT..." then of course I am rooting for Willy.

 

I'm rooting for Lugo to blow a routine play to lose it for the Red Sox. Partially because I don't like the guy for doing it so much in Houston, and partially because it make the Red Sox Nation angry.

Let's just say Lugo did beat his wife years ago when McLane dumped his arse unceremoniously. Even tho it was recanted and might have been true.

True. But there is this silly little saying we have here in America...Innocent until proven guilty.

I was one of the first to jump on him and applaud the Astros when they cut him. However, nothing was ever proven and no charges were ever filed. The only problem I have with Lugo is his defensive performance in the 2001 playoffs.

 

It went to trial. He was found not-guilty after his wife said during the trial that she exaggerated and that he didn't mean to hurt her.

 

Which appeared to be behind him, until the stupidly botched pop that he had no business attempting to field. Lugo looked pretty good on several plays Sunday night.

 

Now we have Everett and Jennings.
