If the Lakers make it to the Finals, which is very likely, I think the team that has the best chance of beating them is Boston. Orlando, Cleveland, and Boston are all very talented, but I feel that Boston is the toughest mentally, and I feel that in addition to talent, mental fortitude is what is needed to overcome the Lakers. What do you think?

If they play a slow-it-down tempo, I'd say Boston. LerBon's help isn't good enough to beat Kobe's help.

Magic last year a backcourt combo of Lee / Alston due to Nelson's injury
This year they have Carter / Nelson .

I say Cavs beat'em in seven, Magic beat them in 7 if Kobe doesn't get hot, Celtics beat 'em if they get hot and kobe doesn't get hot

Orlando, but right now, I don't think any of them could beat the Lakers. I would've thought Cleveland, but until LeBron shows that he's 100% or is able to do his normal gig on the court, I'd have to go with Orlando.

No doubt , having a "Beastly " center and teammates playing off him . Too bad none of my pickup bball teams have a DH 12 caliber :)

Has to be Orlando right now. I'd like to see them against tougher competition, nonetheless it's still impressive what they've done so far.

Orlando, as long as Dwight can stay out of foul trouble.

Orlando has no shot as long as Lewis is at the 4 and Carter is on the team period.

Cleveland and Boston have the best shots.

Nelson is playing great. Last year he was still recovering from an injury.

Vince may not be what he used to be, but he's still outplaying Joe Johnson. If he can keep this up - It makes the Magic much better.

The bench is deeper this year as well.

How can anyone say Orlando after LA beat them realively easy last year? I know Carter is back and Nelson is healthy but is Carter really an upgrade over Turkeyglue?

Artest will competely contain any attempted outbursts by Carter so short of Nelson transforming into Deron Willliams for an entire series I don't see how Orlando beats LA.

Boston is too old. My money would be on Cleveland but I'm not sure they can get by Orlando (styles make the matchups).

If all Eastern Conference teams are healthy, it's really hard to tell between ORL and CLE.

Right now, CLE just matches up with LAL better than Orlando. But I think ORL can pull it off, and go to the Finals.

I'm going with Boston... that got both the bigs and wing players to take on the Lakers

    Rondo> Fisher
    Allen< Kobe
    Pierce> Artest
    Garnett> Gasol
    Perkins = Bynum

    Bench:
    Robinson> Farmar
    Finley > Brown
    Daniels > Walton
    Davis < Odom
    Wallace> Mbenga
