    The 90's had some great point guards but the overall talent of the 2000's was much better imo.

    I think it's pretty close, really. But, I vote '90s because of the phenomenon we saw blossom in the early '00s of a rash of ball-hogging scoring point guards who didn't really have the skills to pass and control the offense. They were talented players, but not very good at the 'point' part of being a point guard.

    Mid to late 2000s and right now, the play at the point guard position in the NBA has been the greatest in NBA history. Night in and night out you got players at that position who do different things so well. The depth at that position in this league right now is at an all time high, no nights off if you're a PG in this league.
