i just want bosh because hes a big, healthy body that can rebound and score when needed and is agile. that makes him something of a rarity at the 4/5 position because they are usually plagued with injuries, hes not as heavy so that keeps him probbably from gettin more knee injuries and his speed is good and honestly i think he would perform much better on a winning team, you can clearly see his dissapointment with the raptors.

amar'e is good but hes just not worth the risk with the detached retina and microfracture. plus im not sure how amaing his stats would be without nash, no doubt the guy would still put up numbers but i do see a few ppg lower for him.

i dont think bosh is the savior for the rockets , hes just something that would work better than anything else

I was actually pushing for the Rockets to get this guy in the off-season. But this season, he looks like a contract player and nothing more. Many he's just unmotivated because of the minutes he's being provided from though. But I do believe he would make a bigger impact than Bosh would for this team. However, I have no clue what the future holds for this team. I don't know how long that Scolandry combo will stay, Yao's future, etc.

People will look at his price tag and get scared off, but if you feel that he's a starter in this league (as I do), he's more than worth 5 years/$34M. I mean, we're talking about the position teams are most prone to overpaying for so if you can get a solid starter for $5-7M you're actually getting a guy BELOW his market value.

He would be a good fit here. Best thing we can do right now is hope he forces the issue and demands a trade.

I'm just questioning his work-ethic and motivation. This season, he hasn't looked like what he was last season. I mean really, but like I said it could very well just be the fact that he's discouraged because he's still a backup in the league and he's getting less minutes than he got last season. I'm not sure whether or not he's just one of those guys that play for the contract. A la, Carlos Boozer, Quentin Richardson, Jerome James.

He is in the final year of his contract, and is a shot blocking big that can shoot the midrange and the 3ball.

Understood. It's very possible that he's moping a bit and not giving it 100%. Not that I would ever condone that behavior but I could understand his frustration given that he entered last summer's free agency period with the intentions of landing a bigger role, found a suitor and signed only to have Orlando match just to make sure they didn't lose him for nothing. Now he barely plays at all. If his frustration is mounting (as I suspect), the next step in that process is usually demanding a trade. Let's hope that's the case.

You guys wouldn't rather have Amare over Bosh???

Amare can do most things that Bosh can do and more. He is better at shot-blocking, has decent range, can rebound good, and can finish with authority.

WOW! 1st of all since we are not in the east we wont have to worry bout those guys beating us! 2nd of all who cares if he's a "hypocrite" he is prly the 2nd best young post in the NBA right now (1st is Dwight Howard), he can play either the 4 or the 5 so if Yao comes back or not he will get his minutes and put up good numbers at either position! If Yao comes back healthy i think we would have the best 4-5 combo in the league and are instantly the only team that can compete with LA in the West!

I would gladly take Marcus Camby if Eric Gordon is part of the deal.

I would go with Dalembert and Iggy... I don't care if we lose Scola, though Scola gives us great offense. But a starting unit of Dalembert, Landry, Iggy, Trevor, and AB is murder with Shane, Chuck, Bud, Lowry, and Anderson coming off the bench. Plus we wouldn't lose Scola until the end of this season.

    I don't know who's defense is worse, Scola's or Landry's. Murdering us.
