I don't know it. Can you smoke there? Smoking or non-smoking will be the difference between me being there fifteen minutes or an hour or more. There are some places downtown (I'm staying just under Houston) with outdoor patios and the weather's nice now -- what do you think?

you pretty much can't smoke anywhere indoors in nyc, which is just how i like it! outdoors is fine, as long as you're downwind.
