Using the expiring contract of Jeffries, + cash, picks and filler if needed, what do you think is the best trade scenario among possibly available Centers:

    Jeff Foster
    Nazr Mohammad
    Tyson Chandler
    Joel Pryzbilla
    Emeka Okafor
    Andris Biedrins
    Samuel Dalembert
    Marcin Gortat
    Other

Okafor is ideal but he has to bring along CP3.

Either Gortat or Chandler would be fine by me. Okafor would be alright but his contract is horrendous and only if it brought along CP3.

I want Biedrens but his length of contract is too long, so maybe Chandler and his one year expiring is best.

Can we change the title to "REQUIRED" rather than Acquired?

Why would you use past tense? Made it seem we made a move....

I like Chandler and Dalembert simply because they're expiring.

    and they are shot blockers.

no brainer that those two are the best of the bunch. dalembert may want to sign elsewhere in the off season because he can be a starter somewhere.

i think chandler makes perfect sense. i can see why the team is interested in him.

I vote Chandler. He might not be the best player, but the best value in terms of what he brings shot blocking wise and the flexibility of his large expiring contract. He would be a good rental and we could flip him for something better down the road.

    This one.

but on another note, I would take Okafer with that Colison dude if they throw in first round(s). You can always use collison as a trade or trade bait.

depends on what we'd have to give up. If it was really just Jeffries and picks I think Okafor is the best player in that list hands down. He would be a really nice back up for Yao. He would be like having Deke again except with a little more offense and a little less defense.

Do not want, either. A small portion of me wants him to burn in hell....just because he chose the Mavericks over us.

And believe it or not I usually have pretty good relationships with my ex's. Weird.

When you are on the forum root page, this is a bad title.

    I got all interested...

I think you're way underestimating Collison's perceived value to New Orleans. He's not necessarily a throw in.
