I was just thinking about Budinger the other day. You knew Volleyball was going to be end game for him. Chase never seemed like he liked playing basketball. I remember thinking how great it would have been if we could have put Chandler Parsons attitude in Budinger's body.

Bud got his NBA money, now it's time to do what he loves.: SPF 200 and sand.

Another victim of DD's curse. List of victim includes:

    - Bostjan Nachbar
    - Aaron Brooks
    - Donatas Motiejunas

Those are just some names off the top of my head. I am sure there were many others.

too late and too old for that, beach volleyball players are older and require less athleticism

My Dad still has a signed Chase Budinger jersey that he got at a charity auction hanging in my old bedroom closet.

Really makes you think, don't it?

I think volleyball players are some of the best leapers around aside from high jumpers. This one time I was playing pickup ball at 24 with the regulars and a new guy showed up and he was waiting to get in next. He was like 6’2 but he was fat and of shape by like 40 pounds and looked slow and unathletic AF.

Neither team wanted to lose cause that meant sitting or playing with him. Anyways, the team I was on lost and we had to shoot for 3 since another guy was waiting as well. Got in the next game with him and maybe One of the most shocking things ever. This dude was dunking EVARRRYYYTHING with ease. Jumping effortlessly off of both feet and cramming tip dunks or anything near near the basket without a running start. Everyone’s jaw dropped and was like WTF. He said he used to be a volleyball player.

    Cool story bro.

Not surprised Chase had a volleyball background.

Can you imagine trying to hit past him on an 8 foot net?
