The difference is we have at least seen some evidence of Tom Delay's wrong doing. Whether it will get him convicted or not is another question. There is at least something there to have an opinion about. The only thing we have seen about Bilal, is that he got some good war photos that put him in danger to take, and he is missing. There isn't any evidence that he did anything wrong.
