Don't forget about the horrible positioning of the tiny azz televisions, as well as the myriad of little kids running rampant.
I didn't occur to me to say I was referring to the one in Austin. Major and I met up with Drewdog once to catch a game and it wasn't that bad. BTW, if you're planning on going to Midtown, the entire bar has been reserved. We have a reserved table in the dining area, so you may want to call up there and see if you can do the same.
At Work...watching what i can while i have to run around and take care of customers. If anyone cares i know Bud Light is coming in to buy buckets of beer for people that are here...in case you want free beer lol
same here. i can't stand this. so are people saying a bar is a bad place to watch this? can you usually see the tv's from anywhere? how early should we show up? my friend's want to go to some bar in the heights while i would just as soon watch it at one of their apartments b/c i can sit where i want and have a great view (though the atmosphere wouldn't be the same). man the build up is just killing me.
lol...i wouldn't know...i don't drink much domestic beer lol...i tend to buy only imports when i do buy beer...or just stick to the hard liquor lol
at home....texas has been winning when i watch at home, so i'm sticking with the routine...plus, the beer is A LOT cheaper at home too
in case you haven't noticed, they've been winning when you haven't watched at home as well. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!
I haven't been since the Astros, but typically there are a lot of "Reserved" seats at BW3's until right before gametime. Then it's community seating, so anyone (re: girls) that hasn't made it by gametime is screwed. One of the other reasons I prefer Pub Fiction. Being a regular has its benefits.
goody, can i punch you, in the mouth, really hard, please? just kidding, i am very worked up though, kill, kill, kill
Definitely not with this guy... I'm thinking I may go down the street to Logan's or Champs in Addison...Otherwise I'll be at home...
we planned on going to the fox and hound on 4th or schultz's, but with little surprise, both are packed.... nay a table in sight. we'll probably hit one of the lamer spots on 4th, 5th, or 6th.
