Don't forget about the horrible positioning of the tiny azz televisions, as well as the myriad of little kids running rampant.

I didn't occur to me to say I was referring to the one in Austin. Major and I met up with Drewdog once to catch a game and it wasn't that bad.

BTW, if you're planning on going to Midtown, the entire bar has been reserved. We have a reserved table in the dining area, so you may want to call up there and see if you can do the same.

same here. i can't stand this.

so are people saying a bar is a bad place to watch this? can you usually see the tv's from anywhere? how early should we show up?

my friend's want to go to some bar in the heights while i would just as soon watch it at one of their apartments b/c i can sit where i want and have a great view (though the atmosphere wouldn't be the same).

man the build up is just killing me.

I haven't been since the Astros, but typically there are a lot of "Reserved" seats at BW3's until right before gametime. Then it's community seating, so anyone (re: girls) that hasn't made it by gametime is screwed.

One of the other reasons I prefer Pub Fiction. Being a regular has its benefits.

we planned on going to the fox and hound on 4th or schultz's, but with little surprise, both are packed.... nay a table in sight.

we'll probably hit one of the lamer spots on 4th, 5th, or 6th.
