Thank you my friend. I do ask myself that very question every day. Two different sides in my head fighting against each other constantly. Also, i'm not sure if it's only temporary leave that i crave as i've had that before.
Good call. Wouldnt hurt to go this route. Been away from Houston for a bit but always remember Belvedere having more foreign options. Good post. I would try this and report back. bring a bottle of smirnoff and front row seats to fiddler on the roof..you are a boss ummm south america ?? Specifically brazil, Rio, florianopolis, curitiba.. you can live cheaply and have lots of fun.. I would do that before Thailand. One night in patpong and you will see enough ladyboys to change you mind real fast. p***y write letter my ass. good luck with that. I always like it when people say this. Anyway good post. I would like to subscribe to your news letter. I know you intention is good and that's why I commend you. That said I'm not saying Han Solo doesn't have initiative, but that will always be the issue on these online things. Not to burst bubble here but online living is tough. I am fighting it everyday. Sactown is making it seem a little easier than it may be, and I get the feeling Han Solo is an instant gratification kinda guy. You might spend weeks and weeks site building all for $20 a month in adsense. Sactown is right though there are some online things you can do and I do recommend you read the links he is putting out there. Just know it could be months and months of work for small amounts... especially at beginning. I do agree that travel is good idea.
Also, you can get out there and start hustlin and make enough money to give your sister and your parents a better life, or you can sit around here depressed, drinking beer with your friends and use her as an excuse as to why you haven't done anything. Your call.
Excellent observation. Before I was married I lived in Galveston for four years and worked as a chef at Moody Gardens Hotel & Convention Center and every summer the hotels and tourist spots like Schlitterbahn bring in hundreds if not a thousand or so European and Asian college kids to work for the summer. I can't tell you how many different countries are there during the summer. I spent TIME with girls from Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Estonia, Czech Rep., Poland, etc. My friend and coworker even married one of them that was from Poland. My other friend married one from Uzbekistan. Crazy times.
