    “Where is Your God Now” has its biblical origin in the Book of Micah, 7:10 of the Old Testament.

    The place it started as a popular retort I think was in the 1956 Movie, The Ten Commandments, staring Charleston Heston and Edward G. Robinson. Robinson was most known as a movie gangster, so the line ends up sounding like his gangster voice.
    Oddly there is no clip of it to be found, but he says it when they are stuck at the Red Sea.

    It was right before this scene, but you should watch it as a way beyond the state of the art special effect for 1956,
