I'm a Titan fan first. I wish we had drafted Mario Williams in '06 and signed Chad Pennington this past off-season. Kerry Collins is doing great but is on borrowed time ... Haven't given up on Vince but I am losing hope based on the things we hear/read.
What a load of crap. Shoveled ****? They made the right choice. Bush was overpriced, VY was a fraud, and MW was the most talented. Giving them grief even after how things have panned out is beyond ridiculous... some people are just born haters.
It's like saying "sure, the Giants won the Superbowl last year, but if the Patriots would have scored more points than them, they would have lost, so it's really a hollow victory."
VY is 4-0 in his last four starts. KC is playing ok, but VY could be as well....I admire Fisher for taking this stand, it will make VY stronger. When VY gets back in there, he will be a monster. DD

GREAT POST, sir. If he's the #2 Quarterback, shouldn't he at least have his helmet on, or have the audio from the offensive coordinator? I only see him with a coat on... but... what does THAT help? Anyway, I am not one to kick someone while down, but... he shouldn't APPEAR to be down... he should be INVOLVED, which clearly he is NOT. I agree, it has nothing to do with the Texans, many of us are just wondering WHY or WHAT has happened to VY.

The Titans are winning with defense and a running game. Kerry Collins has been a very nice care taker of the offense, but hardly a game changer. Vince might be doing the same things, we don't know......but I do think Fisher doing what he is doing is humbling Vince and going to make him hungrier once he comes back. People saying his career is over, or relishing in this speed bump are just piling on... Vince will be ok, he will have the last laugh, he is not David Carr. DD
I thought it was pretty clear cut that Mario Williams and Regiie Bush were going to go 1-2 in that draft meaning the Titans would not have had a chance to draft him.
yes, what do you want him to do. what does sage do when schaub is starting. I saw vince one time, celebrating a touchdown. the last game I saw him he was talking to collins and simms on the sideline in the Monday Night Game. He can't wear a coat? what are you exactly saying that you have ciphered he's not involved?
Or it may have something to do with the fact that Collins has thrown 2 TD's for every INT he's thrown this year while Vince has thrown 2 INT's for every TD he's thrown in the last 2 years. But I'm sure this is all just a psychological ploy by Fisher to make Vince stronger and has nothing to do with the fact that the team is 10-0 with Collins under center... EDIT: Also, Steve Francis will come back strong and lead the Rockets to an NBA championship this year.
What? That Vince is upset he lost his starting job? Well good !!! That is the sign of a competitor....I saw one article about it but it was pretty well shot down in the comments section. I guess we shall see how it all plays out. Kerry may get hurt, and Vince will see the field again. DD
