Unless he accidentally puts on a jersey that says "Canaan" on the back, I'm pretty sure Jones will get to play.
If Dwight can't play I'd start DMO at C and Jones at PF. Looking forward to how this duo meshes now that DMO has emerged as a dominating post player.
I wouldn't classify him as dominant. Hakeem and Shaq are/were dominant post players but DMo is a very capable post player that can get us steady points.
Well, I think he would be dominant if they'd get him more touches. His pivot is the fastest from a post player I've seen in quite a long time. His hook shot is incredibly more consistent than any other season. If he gets the ball in the post, it's 2 points more often than 0 points. By the way, IF they start DMo and TJones soon with Dwight out, it could be a preview of the future of the Rockets front court for years.
I agree with you. Not even Yao was dominant. He had one or two stretches when he was really dominant. And Yao is better than Dmo. Trust me.

Yeah... open up the floor to the opposing PF to have his way. Aldridge for 70. Wouldn't mind seeing it tonight though.
People expecting jones to immediately return to where he left off are drinking kool aid. Will be a few games for the team and him
When T Jones starts games with the hot hand the team tends to blitz their opponent and win comfortably. I'm hoping to see that happen again.
His offense will be a great help. But I do hope he runs back on transition D, cause he'll be taking Papa's minutes, who is one of the few Rockets always running back.
