I agree with TJ, this year he came out with a different energy. I mean hustling for rebounds and easy put backs.
He is a traditional back to the basket Center, the difference between PF and Center are marginal, but when your primary game is back to the basket, it swings it to center. Just my .02.... Yes, yes, a hundred times yes.....Smith shoots too damned much, he is a chucker, if he would play within himself and play a more complimentary role, he would be much better, but I hate him waving off the guards to bring the ball up, play off the danged ball Josh - he just has too much of the "I am still a star" in him, IMHO. DD
He'll definitely be rusty missing so much time, hopefully he doesn't take too long to get up to speed, would much prefer him to Smith.
Having both Jones and Smith is going to be a luxury! I for one cant wait to see what its going to be like when Jones returns
I like Smith as well off the bench and expect TJones to be getting significant minutes too (whether a starter or not). It wasn't that long ago he was a significant part of the early season success. His 12 & 7 last year was somewhat deceiving, because he played much more in the 2nd half of the season. I believe his 14 & 8 this season is no fluke and he has shown upside playing alongside Harden and Howard. We are very fortunate to have two starting caliber players in DMo and TJones.

TJones is the solution to Draymond Green . . . if he doesn't play on Wednesday, he will be a secret weapon when we meet the Warriors in the playoffs!
I am so ecstatic for his return. There's half of a season left.. plenty of time to figure it out and for T-Jones to return to a high level. And from what it sounds like, he's a hard worker, and will get even better this summer. Glass half full.
Going to be a major upgrade for us. Can't wait too. Glad we get some time to work him back in before the post season.
