i agree it doesn't look exactly like him....but there are some similarities, so i wouldn't say it looks nothing like him. It just looks like he put on some weight, that along with bad lighting and/or not a great quality pic makes him look different.
If he responds to the name Bob, is with a really hot chick, and is in Houston, then it's gotta be Bob Sura. I think the man who was there can recognize him better than we can on a picture on the Internet with poor quality.
