Hill is starting to show some signs of life and look like an actual NBA player. He could be the next Carlos Rogers.
It's not stupidity on New York's part if their entire PLAN is to open up enough cap space for two max guys. This was just a necessity for them. If Hill had shown more flashes of becoming a brilliant young PF, perhaps the Knicks would have offered up Wilson Chandler and Toney Douglas instead of Hill. But he didn't. So they didn't. That said, I'm liking what I'm seeing from Hill tonight. I'd love to see him build on this performance and become a member of the regular rotation for the rest of the season.
Man good things I wasn't taking Old Man Rock's word for it based on his opinions gathered from a single game highlight during the A&M game Paraphrasing him: "Hill is just a decent athlete and isn't really better than David Anderson- or Dorsey!" Ha!
Well hello Mr Hill, nice to meet you! Hopefully this isn't an anomaly, but he looks pretty comfortable out there, which I really like. Looks like he's having a lot of fun!
hill looks good but there is something just a bit awkward with his playing style. it's like he just isn't comfortable and like his confidence is lacking a bit. he also needs to gain about 15-20 lbs in the offseason. he has the tools but he needs a lot of work in the offseason.
has anyone else noticed that hill has been open multiple times but brooks won't pass it to him and instead takes a questionable shot?
This is to be expected, the same thing would happen with any PG. Hill is a rookie and new to the team. Brooks has hit him for a few open shots, anyway.
Hill showed genuine progress today. If he gets better,he can have a role on the team or become tradable.
WOW...didn't realize it was in the wrong thread my bad. Well at least Jordan finally got to play and made something of it...reminds me of Landry's first real playing time.
I disagree with this (the bold part). Of course, I'm just guessing - I don't know what DM is thinking, just that he seems to know what he's doing.
