I think this moves puts us in the 7th - 9th range.

But our future looks a lot more promising then in year's past.

We still don't make the playoffs in my opinion. Still a huge step in the right direction though.

Uh, the Clippers added some nice pieces this offseason. Grant Hill alone helps out a LOT with a young team like the Clips.

Crawford, Hill, Barnes all were nice pick ups for them.

    Grant Hill? really?

Rockets at the 5 spot sounds about right.

Lin and Martin would have been a TERRIBLE defensive backcourt. Rockets first team D is looking pretty strong now with Harden, Parsons, and Asik. Huge impact.

With the way Lin has been playing defense in the preseason, and knowing what Asik and Parsons can do on the defensive end.... And now adding an excellent defender in Harden... Fastbreak after fastbreak after fastbreak.

Yes, really. When you're as young and as talented (talent-wise, a top 3 team in the NBA) as the Clippers, having a guy like Grant Hill can really help get these guys' head on straight.

Lin hasnt shown TERRIBLE defense not sure where you got that from. Martin is has been TERRIBLE in the past..he was better in preseason..not great but definetly better. I think the rockets defense all around (starters) will be solid.

I'd say +5 wins. I won't bother with a number since I have no idea how our youngsters(rookies + Patterson/Morris) will play. But I think the difference between Harden and Lamb+KMart(half season) is roughly 5 games.

So likely in the 30-40 win range.
