Where does Aaron Brooks rank among backup PGs in the league?

Westbrook is going to be a great PG for OKC. I think he's about to take over the starting gig from Watson....

 

Aaron Brooks is a PG who is in a Sg's body.

He's similar to Iverson except he doesn't make teams worse, actually he does sometimes. Like chucking shots instead of passing it to Yao or Artest or T-Mac.

 

I'd like to find out where Alston ranks among backup PGs in the league?

 

Or getting destroyed on the defensive end.

 

Brooks is the most overrated Rocket player since Mike James. Yes, he's exsiting, he's quick, and he's a reasonable 3 point shooter. But other than that, he doesn't contribute much to winning. His decision making is questionable at best, he doesn't know how to run a team, both his individual defense and team defense are really bad. Brooks is basiclly a stats guy.

 

I dread the thought of Aaron getting isolated in the paint with Deron Williams int the playoffs!!

 

Will AB play an All-Star game? That's on my mind...

 

if AB developed into a better passer / cut down on TO's i think it would really help him. Maybe become like a minnie mouse type.

I think he ranks to somewhere between 10-15 but he's only 23 so there's a lot of room for improvement.
