    No one thinks more about teh gays, teh transgenders, and minors' genitalia than conservatives.

    Like have y'all tried not thinking about these things or do homoerotic thoughts live rent free in your head?

    The point is that biological reality, sadly including diseases that are specific to someone's biological sex, doesn't care about what someone "identifies as".
