lol wut i watch movies from that site and it excellent quality. Youre obviously unaware or have used chitty websites
Sorry, but that may be good enough web quality on a laptop or tablet but it would look terrible in comparison to true, uncompressed 1080p. Again, I didn't spend thousands of dollars on a TV to watch sub-par programming when it costs 2-3 bucks each. If the best quality isn't important to you, go for it. Most web-based videos are h.264 MPEG-4 compression. They are then uploaded and played via a Flash Player which further degradates the quality. Some are downloaded and re-uploaded several times (as mirrors are deleted), so the quality gets progressively worse. Like so... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/jEIzS_27Vt0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/8qKz5YW5J-U" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> There are clear quality issues with the screenshot you posted. The objects circled are in focus and in the foreground, yet are slightly blurred. This effect would look even more jarring on a 65" TV.
