Go to a surfshop. Their usually have a wide variety of longer shorts there. Gap, Old Navy, or Abercrombie & Fitch might have some of thoes cargo, 3/4 length types if that is what you want. Your best bet and variety will be at a large surf shop.
Ok Aggie, you've gotten enough grief. I just bought some new khaki shorts this past weekend at Aeropostale. They only cost me $25 and they come down to my knees, and I'm 6"4. I went to Baybrook mall but I'm pretty sure they have them in other malls.
At the gay store...but if that doesn't work... c'mon, are you serious, there can't be such a thing and it there is, don't admit it...
Men don't let other men wear capris. You may as well put on a blouse and skirt, if that's your thing. There are lots of shorts these days that fall around or below the knee. Cargos or whatever. Just get some of those and save those around you from fits of laughter.
