Just a tought, who'd tought that this time of the season rookies'd be one of the most important things of this team.

Aaron and Carl are absolute steals of the draft, don't you think? And we all complained about that draft!

Scola is surely better than his amigo from Spurs but indeed really experienced player at the stage of his carrer where he really knows what and where to do.

If you MAYBE exclude Sonics, Rockets surely have the best young rookie squad and Im proud of it.

The thing is, how WILL they do in the playoffs??

memphis got a bunch of lovely pgs... we could use some of them.

    but, yea you are right.

who would have thought landry would have been part of the rotation especially since he did horrible in the summer league.

who would have thought brooks would play, despite getting mike james and steve francis and not trading rafer alston.

if there was something the fans guessed right for this season, it would be scola, saying he would have a hard time to adjust, but will be a good part of this team.

I love that we have talented rookies and are playing them. Playing time was always a rarity for rookies under Jeff. Rick seems to understand that developing young talent is good for the team now and in upcoming seasons. We also have a GM with a pretty damn good track record for drafts and trades. The future is bright for this team.

I beleive getting all these rookies in the playoofs their first year will really help them grow quicker than Rooks that dont get to post season.......Landry will have a more Mature game becasue he will feel the NBA playoffs atmosphere.....While Durant will be playing not really knowing when games count the most......But he will continue to get 20 points a game......But will lack in experiance.......

Thank God Scola made it there his rookie year......HEs almost 30! :D

Landry has already been put in the rookie analysis in nba.com as a rookie "drafted too low" and they're damn right.

We are probably one of the luckiest teams to have Landry. He is a big time second half all-star (once against stated in nba.com) and is 1 hell of a combo with scola. Landry absolutely showed up to prove to the whole nba that size ain't *****. He is better than 50% of the first round picks, and at this stage, even better than aaron brooks.

I wouldn't say aaron brooks is a draft steal. But he is one smart player. After seeing the way he played and putting that awesome hakeem like pump fake on the fast break, Im sure he'll become a good player. How often do you see a player pump fake another player so hard on a fast break they actually jump in the wrong direction?

If aaron brooks has more playing time, he'll definately become a good player. His tear drop already looks a lot more solid than rafers, and so is his shooting. He is a smart player

The jury is still out on Conley.

Navarro is soft. All he can do his shoot.

Crittendon, who they traded for during the season, may actually be the best rookie on that team.

Brooks, Scola and Landry are clearly the best rookie group on any team other than maybe the Sonics.

    Scola is 27

    Landry is 24

It's not like Scola is anceint or anything...
