ROFL, Rofflesaurusholz now starts trying to say something less offensive in order to make himself sound less a hater. Backpedaling and lieing under the heat? LOL The sad truth is that you wilted under pressure just like what a coward does.
This is an absolutely legitimate thread. After KG got the better of Yao, it took mere seconds for several anti-Yao threads to pop up. Now that Yao outplayed Howard - nothing.
You definitely have reading comprehension problem, dude. I hate those "trade X threads" as much as you do. I was saying that you are biased (a better word than hypocritical? I guess) to take a seemingly righteous stand to try to silence the Pro-Yao threads but hide in the corner when the TOFs threads flooded this board. That's why I said you are hypocritical.
thanks for the laugh you gave me by this post. lol. yao a role player? hahahaha. just brilliant. excellent call. better than that offensive foul called on yao last night by the zebras.
So you've made 3 posts and you're already spewing vitrol huh? I wouldn't call this a pro-Yao thread by the way. To say that Yao dominated Howard is a bit of hyperbole to say the least. Just because people don't see reality with rosy colored glasses doesn't mean they aren't fans of Yao. I like Yao a lot, but I don't think he's the best thing sinced sliced bread. I also don't see T-mac has the greatest thing either. We have two very good players, and I leave it at that. They have their failings and weaknesses, but people make way too much out of them. Way too much. The fact is they are both Rockets, they both are trying to the limits of what they are capable of, and they both are good people. They also are pretty good at the game of basketball. No, they aren't the best, not the best now, and neither will go down in history as the game's greatest. But so what - they are good enough, good enough to make people happy and enjoy watching them. Being a fan isn't about getting a ring or flaming players and whining and complaining. Only one team gets to have that ring, and many great players never get one. Will T-mac and Yao get one? I don't know, but right now their best chances are to do it together. And as a fan, I just want to enjoy watching the Rockets and talking Rockets with other fans. Frankly, when you act this way, being so antagonistic and negative, and when people cry so much or are so bent out of shape by other teams stars, you disgrace the entire Rockets Nation. I'm embarrassed as a Rockets fan. I always remembered Rockets fans to be very classy individuals. So please, can you at least try to raise the level of class here? I'm not saying I'm super classy or whatever, let's all try to be more classy and reflect a classy organization like the Houston Rockets.
After fouled out 2 centers, can KG still dominate Yao? Why didn't Boston's coach let KG dominate Yao all the time?
I am really really surprised that you used word "class" in your post. Don't you know it's a joke this word comes from your mouth? It's an insult to the word "class" to just put your moniker and the word in the same sentence. Shame on you.
There's no need to be reactive. I only ask that you bring up the level of discussion. I mean, do you ever wonder why after over 1,000 posts and a year you are still a rookie? Be a Rockets fan!
Whoa, I think everyone should chill and take two steps back. There's a game on tonight against a sub-par team and the Rockets recently have really been able to turn it on versus sub-par teams. There's a real potential for a blowout here. How about everyone just sit back and enjoy it if it happens?
This concept of YOF and TOF doesn't make sense. I don't believe anyone is solely a fan of one and doesn't give a **** about the Rockets. I like them all, and like them more when they play well for us. That's what 99% of this board does. When one player starts to play bad, someone starts complaining about him, and gets labeled a YOF/TOF. There may be a few YOFs, but not as many as you think.
