I still like Creed's first album. The second wasn't near as good and the third has horrible.

I hate Coldplay with a passion, but man, Creed sucks the worse.

 

Durr, joking are you? Are you sure you've heard songs from Coldplay and Franz Ferdinand other than "Clocks" and "Take Me Out?"

And how can you lump Fall Out Boy and Sum 41 in with the former two?

 

Nobody said they think their life is better than his, doof. Nobody likes him because he's a world class *******. You wouldnt mind being Scott Stapp? Well obviously that means you like his music or at least can stand it without throwing up.

Creed better than Coldplay? Wow. Just... wow.

 

i know you didn't just say that Creed is better the Coldplay. you couldn't have said that!

 

I have never heard Cold Play, everyone seems to really like them, what type of music do they sing? And who would you compare them too?

They're often compared to Radiohead, but I don't think that's a fair comparison. I think Coldplay's music is mellower and much less complex than Radiohead. I like Coldplay, but I think Radiohead is a better band with a much different sound than Coldplay, IMO. To each his own, both put out great music.

let's get one thing straight:

coldplay does in fact suck. very much so.

but not as much as creed.

 

Well I disagree on that but I understand why some people don't like them, which that is cool - different strokes for different folks.

Now, I don't like Widespread Panic, SWT, but I am not going to go as far and say that they "suck"; however, I will say that there is no WAY in hell that Creed is a better band than them.

Here's the $64 dollar question: does creed suck more than the eagles?? My answer is yes!

I don't have any love for Diet Radiohead...I mean Coldplay, but there's no way they (or any other band) are worse than Creed. Creed actually deserves to have their music banned and destroyed.

 

I agree. Any self respecting music connoisseur would agree. If I was working at a music store I would recatogorize them into Easy Listening. Right next to Perry Como.

on that note: I only have 2 coldplay songs on my iPod. Square 1 - Coldplay vs Bronski Beat & Speed Of Sound (C-64 Remix).

well, "suck" is a very subjective term when used in reference to coldplay. i personally don't care fot them at all, hence my opinionated "suck." clearly Panic does not suck, at least Panic of old ('02 and before)...

however..... "suck" when used in regards to creed is actually an objective term and is 100% factual. cannot be refuted, debated, or denied in any way. it is absolute truth.

as to your question.... my mind is struggling here. i believe the real $64 question laying therein is: who's a bigger douchebag, scott stapp or don henley?

i for one do not have the answer, as my brain (as powerful and all knowing as it is) simply cannot comprehend the sheer magnitude of douchebaggery which encompasses the very heart of that query.

i will leave with this, though.... i can tolerate several eagles songs ( ), but i would rather be on the receiving end of a roundhouse kick to the testicles than listen to creed.
